At Healpure you have the choice between several payment methods so that you can pay safely and conveniently. All payments are processed via encrypted connections (SSL/TLS).

Accepted Payment Methods

1. Credit Card

We accept the major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro). Payment is authorised immediately upon completion of your order. Your credit card details are transmitted over an SSL-encrypted connection and are not stored on our servers — they are processed directly by the respective payment service provider.

2. PayPal

With PayPal you can pay quickly and securely without sharing your bank details with us. During the ordering process you will be redirected to the PayPal login page and returned to our site after completing the payment.

3. Klarna (Pay Later, Pay in Instalments, Direct Bank Transfer)

Through Klarna you can flexibly choose between paying now, paying later or paying in instalments, subject to Klarna's approval. Klarna's terms and conditions apply; a credit check may be carried out.

4. SOFORT (Direct Bank Transfer)

With SOFORT you can pay directly from your online banking account. The payment is authorised in real time. Please note: with direct bank transfers, the processing time of your order may extend by 1–3 business days.

5. Apple Pay

Apple Pay users can confirm their order with Touch ID, Face ID or the device passcode. The payment is authorised immediately.

Security

All payment transactions are processed over an SSL/TLS-encrypted connection. Sensitive data such as credit card numbers are not stored on our servers but are processed directly by the respective payment service provider, which complies with the relevant security standards (PCI DSS).

Currency and Prices

All prices are displayed in the currency of your selected region and include the statutory VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately and can be reviewed on our Shipping Policy page.

Payment Failures

If a payment cannot be successfully completed, you will be notified by e-mail and asked to choose an alternative payment method. Your order will only be processed once the payment has been confirmed.
