Shipping Information

The delivery time consists of two phases:

1) Processing Time (2–3 days)

Order confirmation, adjustment, quality check, and packaging.

Within 12–24 hours after placing your order, it will be reviewed and approved. Once the order is released in our system, production is initiated.

For products with personalized processing, it takes approximately 1–2 days to manufacture, ensure quality, and prepare the item for shipment.


2) Delivery Time (Shipping Time)

After processing, the following estimated delivery times apply:

All shipping times exclude customs clearance and possible delays.

Shipping Costs

We currently offer free standard shipping.

Optionally, we offer insured premium shipping (coverage for theft, loss, or damage) for an additional fee of $5,95.


Where Is My Package?

Once your package has been prepared, it will be handed over to the shipping carrier and you will receive an email with your tracking information.
